Ideal Day Worksheets

In response to the interest generated by my FaceBook post about having Ideal Day Worksheets that I’d be happy to share, it made the most sense to upload my samples and direct everyone who requested them (or might do so in the future) here.

While some formatting has been lost in translation, the three samples below will give you a general sense of how I have used the exercise in a variety of group settings.

You are welcome to use / adapt any of the following.

I would appreciate hearing any feedback you receive in putting these worksheets or versions of them to use in service to the clients you work with.  This is a hidden site, and the URL is being made available to Tribe Members Only, so feel free to comment to your heart’s content!
