Metered Street Parking and un-metered neighborhood parking available along Dixie Canyon. Please be mindful of street signs to avoid citation. Valet also available, behind Maria’s Italian Kitchen.
Doors open roughly 15 minutes prior to the start of each gathering. If you would like to take advantage of the 10% Discount available on merchandise at Aum & Garden the afternoon or evening of a gathering, please plan to do so prior to the gathering, as the store closes once our gathering comes to a close.
You may wish to bring a sweater or light jacket as the temperature in the room fluctuates. And if you are a note taker like me, a journal or pen and pad of paper. Otherwise, all that’s needed is for you to show up, ready to explore what we’ll make available together.
Ritual, connecting with Mother Nature and contributing to and benefiting from nurturing communities are treasured threads I can trace back to my time in Girl Scouts, I can see the presence of throughout my youth and that I now look for new ways to experience as an adult.
In 2014, I led 250+ New Student Orientation Leaders at CSU, Northridge through two workshops, one titled, “Let it In” (on receptivity) and the other titled, “Let it Go” (on releasing). As I prepared for and presented the two sessions, I realized that I have amassed an unusual amount of tools for doing so through my extensive studies in business, education, partnership and practical spirituality.
As 2015 approached I was guided to create monthly containers for exploring the concepts of receptivity and releasing, and connecting the two with the New Moon and Full Moon felt a perfect fit. It has been a joy to join in community over the course of the last year and I look forward to sharing in the Gatherings with you as 2017 continues to unfold.
